Our client is seeking to recruit a SENIOR COST MANAGER who will deliver an integrated range of construction, management and technical expertise within a creative, innovative, resourceful and committed framework, to provide swift and effective project/task delivery to clients in every sphere of public and private sector activity. Based in Adelaide, our client’s business is primarily focussed on Infrastructure, Engineering, and Mining Projects. It would be advantageous, although not essential, for the preferred candidate to demonstrate experience in these sectors.
Main Job Purpose:
. To perform the role of the Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex commissions;
To act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added cost management service.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent reporting is maintained in accordance with the requirements with measured performance and results against approved plans relative to budget forecasts;
Manage effective business development, in addition to the establishment and maintenance of marketing material;
Develop service stream financial targets;
Support and improve client care activities, hospitality and regional initiatives;
