The Lead Recruitment Adviser is accountable for managing and developing the ongoing recruitment relationship with a specific Business Unit/Functional Area. This also includes:
- Implementing and delivering the recruitment strategy/action plan for the Business Unit/Functional Area;
- Acting as the conduit between the People Resourcing team and the Business Unit/Functional Area;
- Delivery of the full range of professional (internal and external) recruitment services to agreed standards.
at least 10-15 years experience. Must have subsurface mining experience you will be dealing with extremely senior people in the business, have utilised networking sites, have loads of contacts in the area, be used to talent pools/pipelines/competitive intelligence etc. Plus a degree is a pre-requisite.
