Our client seeks to employ the services of competent Heavy Equipment Technicians, particularly those with Hitachi hydraulic excavator knowledge to carry out service work in their modern workshops and on field when required.
You will need to be Trade Qualified, have good skills, the right attitude and a stable work history in a similar role. The company has a great product range and offers significant in-house training and Career opportunities for those that show initiative and skill.
They operate from a number of locations throughout New Zealand and are always on the lookout for good conscientious Tradesmen.
You will need to be working in the trade now as a Construction Equipment Technician, have served an Apprenticeship in that field and now have the appropriate skills to carryout service work efficiently and well; without undue supervision. Consideration will be given to versatile Mechanics who have a "can do" attitude and the ability to work well face to face with customers.
An excellent command of the English language is essential. This Company continues to grow and whilst advancement cannot be promised the Company certainly has the desire to promote those who take ownership of their work and make that extra effort when the need arises.
