We have new instructions to locate skilled Aluminium welders and fabricators, ideally with boat building experience.
A number of leading New Zealand businesses fabricate high quality aluminium boats for leisure and commercial applications, ranging in size from 4m to 15m+, and can undertake production and custom one-off contracts, supported by a full design service.
The stringent vessel build requirements, which are to survey standards, mean that you should not apply for this role unless you hold valid and current aluminium welding certification(s) plus solid work references.
We will be looking at your track record of projects and achievements in terms of fabrication. You will need to be able to work from detailed plans and designs and work unsupervised.
In return for your talent, you will be well rewarded with market-rate wages commensurate with your experience.
