A fantastic opportunity for a senior estimator to work for a well known first tier developer/ builder based in Melbourne.
You will be involved with the developers own projects as well as third party construction. Projects are valued from $100Million upwards. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a small team and report directly to the Project Manager. You will ideally have experience working on major commercial projects, ideally within high rise residential/commercial sectors.
If you have PPP experience or experience working on infrastructure projects such as hospitals and stadiums, this would be a distinct advantage. This opportunity will suit someone who is serious about relocation to Australia and who has worked in a similar role or have worked within construction as a Quantity Surveyor.
