Reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the establishment of the geology department for underground operations
- Management and execution of resource delineation programs and grade control
- Resource optimisation & cost minimisation
- Mentoring junior mine geologists
- Adherence & ongoing development of site HSEC requirements
The opportunity will be given to incumbents to develop their skills in resource estimation under the guidance of experienced Resource Geologists should they wish, opening the doors to a career in resource geology.
