Are you a Design Manager currently working for a Building Main Contractor that is struggling to adapt to the tougher market conditions?
This main contractor has an excellent portfolio of upcoming public funded projects and bids up to $800m in value across SE QLD locations.
Due to the size of projects they are working towards you will have experience of projects in excess of $300m within government or public funded sectors. Through this experience you would have been working with and understanding clients requirements and developing these further, understanding the importance and relevance of various stakeholders, working with other design managers in the early stages of the design process. You will have experience of resolving the client's design issues, following through to a live site and converting a successful concept through to completion.
