Description:
We are looking for a Power Supply & Distribution Engineer in Queensland, Australia.
The Role:
Support coordinates all design activities for power supply and distribution of all internal/external suppliers and regulatory authorities. Support timely availability of design documentation for Substations and Overhead line. Support integrated reporting on progress, delay from sub-systems level to integration level. Support Lead Engineer upon providing all necessary data to interface/integration team for the PS&D systems, as well as review of design in timely manner and review of testing procedures to be handed-over to T&C manager. Support Lead Engineer in providing the overall input for progress and status report on monthly basis. Work with Lead Engineer to collect all data from PS&D for compliance matrix process and populate the relevant library. Provide technical support to QA/QC team for inspection during installation.
Key accountabilities:
• Support and report for power supply design activities.
• Review/prepare all necessary design for PS&D systems. Prepare "workaround" plans to mitigate adverse effects of delays on the contract schedule.
• Responsible for PS&D input of design plan. Coordinate for all aspect of the PS&D systems and its components.
• Provide testing procedure for relevant systems to T&C manager.
• Prepare/ present reviews, reports. Collect all PS&D data for compliance matrix process and RAMS.
