Are you an experienced Injury Management Advisor with exposure to Workers Compensation processes and procedures? Are you keen on working for a leading Self Insurer located in the western suburbs?
Working in this dual role, you will be responsible for advising, communicating and assisting team members within the allocated teams with appropriate medical and return to work strategies. You will also be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims using your industry knowledge and technical claims skills within the agreed timeframes whilst achieving annual financial and quality assurance targets within legislative guidelines.
The ideal candidate for this role must have:
• Minimum 2 years Previous Workers Compensation Claims Handling experience and or Injury Management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
