Our client is now seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team at this critical business juncture.
The successful candidate will be tasked with a broad range of human resources initiatives including establishing a 'Greenfield' human resources function. As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and aligning workforce plans as well as ensuring compliance with industrial relations legislation and regulations. This position will include performance management and development, recruitment and retention, reward and recognition, training and development, and aligning strategy for future growth.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· 7 - 10 years experience in Human Resource Management;
· Experience of a hands-on role at a 'Greenfield' site or organisation undergoing significant change;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills appropriate for the boardroom through to operations;
· Experience in designing and implementing compliant and supportive procedures and policies;
· Demonstrated ability/desire to achieve of strategic business goals through an enabling HR function;
· Experience in mining, engineering, construction or oil & gas industries
· Tertiary qualifications in human resources or other relevant disciplines;
