As the HSE Systems Advisor, your primary function is to create and implement the HSE Management System. This will be a best practise model utilised throughout the organisation. These systems will be tailored for individual business units within what is a take on a national role creating and implementing HSE Systems for a rapidly growing, complex ASX listed organisation.
An exciting and challenging role within a rapidly growing ASX listed organisation. Reporting directly to the Group Manager, you will take on a crucial role for the long term development and implementation of the internal Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems on a national level.
As the HSE Systems Advisor, your primary function is to create and implement the HSE Management System. This will be a best practise model utilised throughout the organisation. These systems will be tailored for individual business units within what is a diverse and complex model. In essence, enabling each department to manage their own HSE procedures by utilising the system that you have created.
You are a senior HSE professional, within the energy, resources or related industry. With 10+ years experience you are a knowledgeable and ethical individual with experience in creating effective and commercially viable management systems. To be successful in this role you will have proven ability in designing policies, and building systems from scratch.
Your exceptional communication skills and strong credibility will be key to engaging internal stakeholders who range from the Executive Management team through to Operational staff. Gaining a thorough understanding of the critical components of each business unit from a Health, Safety and Environment perspective will be key to the success of this appointment.
