A truly customer focused marketer is required to lead the Loyalty Marketing Team. This role is in need of someone that is passionate about segmentation and the customer lifecycle to design marketing strategies to maximize opportunities to engage and reward customers.
The focus will be to develop and enhance their loyalty programme and deliver the programme through their communications initiatives.
Ideally, you will possess a minimum of 6-8 years experience within a DM, Loyalty or Events marketing environment. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. Previous exposure to hosting VIP customers or working with account teams to deliver marketing initiatives would be an advantage.
You will have proven ability in marketing to and established customer base, be an effective communicator and have an eye for the numbers. You will need to be able to operate as a strategic thinker, be resilient and confident in all your dealings.
