Would you like to ensure the smooth running of the Chief Financial Officer's department? This is an opportunity to provide your senior executive-level support experience in an efficient, confidential and proactive manner. To be successful for this position it will be beneficial if you have prior experience within the legal sector or within the legal side of a professional services organization. You must also have proven experience in dealing with a Board of Directors and Senior Executives.
Key Accountabilities
- Management of the CFO's office
- Relationship Management
- Administrative Support
- Policy and Statutory Compliance
Your responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring appropriate systems are in place and maintained for effective database and knowledge management
- Managing the time of the Chief Financial Officer to ensure efficient prioritisation and time management
- Managing media enquiries on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer
- Managing the recording and resolution process for customer complaints received via the Chief Financial Officer's office
- Keeping abreast of everything in the Chief Financial Officer's realm of responsibility (as appropriate) and acting as a liaison with relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed
- Providing support/advice to the Chief Financial Officer's Direct Reports as required
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or as an experienced Personal Assistant .You must also have proficient SAP and Microsoft Office applications experience.
