A rare opportunity has come up in the telecommunications sector for a Service Design and Development Specialist
Reporting to the Head of Product and Service Design Development, you will be responsible for providing value to customers by delivering optimal service for new customer solutions and market initiatives. You will also be responsible for contributing to the leadership and strategic direction of the Service Design and Development Team by providing technical coaching and support to the team.
You will posses significant technical skills, environmental knowledge, experience and influence to ensure all level of complexity across all customer events. You will also deliver projects of major fundamental change where you will deliver completely new services and models. You will also have experience in analysis of market requirements and commercial and customer implications into channels. In addition you will be accountable for market initiatives delivered on time and liaison between stakeholders.
