Job Title: Senior Sustainability Architect - Abu Dhabi

A Senior Sustainability Architect is wanted for one of Abu Dhabi’s most prominent Contracting Companies. The successful applicant will play a key role in the evolution & delivery of their sustainability agenda - with the expectation to influence both internal & external parties on the value of adopting cutting edge green build thinking & encourage greater incorporation of these concepts as a base standard in new projects.
You will assist in implementing the Company's new Green Plan as well as leadership of the in-house design team. Applicants should be accustomed to working extensively with international Green Building standards (LEED, BREEAM, Greenstar, Estidama) with BIM experience preferred.
We are seeking an immediate appointment for an initial 2 year contract
Remuneration Range: 40,000-45,000 AED monthly (approx US$ 10,800- $12,250 monthly) - Tax Free
Plus Annual Bonus package of at least 2 months’ salary, up to 4 months depending on achieved results. ie plus AED 90,000- 180,000 or US$24,500- 49,000
